Kingston Cycle Hub

SCAFFOLDESIGN on behalf of Hadley Scaffolding for Walker Construction.

As part of then Mayor of London, Boris Johnsons initiatives, cycle infrastructure was required at major towns around London for which included a Cycle Hub at Kingston Train Station.
Design requirements included consideration to the proximity of the live railway on one side and a busy highway on the other. Weather Protection was required for the construction process adopted.
Approval was gained by Network Rail Design Submission procedures by being successfully nominated ‘Contractors Responsible Engineer’ (CRE).
